Six steps, one standard.
Every lot of rice or wheat that leaves our yard goes through the same six-stage process. No shortcuts.
1. Sourcing
We buy only from a vetted network of farmers, commission agents and mandis. Every supplier has a 2+ year track record with us.
2. Intake & grading
On arrival, each lot is visually graded, moisture-tested, and weighed on a government-certified electronic weighbridge at the APMC yard.
3. Hand-cleaning
Lots are passed through a basic pre-cleaner to remove chaff, stones and large foreign matter. Target purity: 98%+. We don't mill or polish — that's a different trade.
4. Lab testing
In-house lab tests for moisture, foreign matter, broken %, and grain length. Reports shared with buyers on request.
5. Packing
Packed in food-grade PP / jute / non-woven bags. Lot number and packing date printed on every bag. Custom packing on request.
6. Dispatch & retention
Loaded onto sanitised trucks. A 1 kg reference sample of every lot is sealed and retained for 90 days for traceability.

Food Safety and Standards Authority of India licence no. 10723999000432. Annual audits, full traceability on every lot.

GSTIN 24ABCDE1234F1Z5. Regular taxpayer, e-invoicing compliant. Input tax credit available on all purchases.

Licensed trader at APMC Anjar and 6 other state mandis. Compliant with all state-level agri-marketing regulations.
What we use to guarantee lot quality.
We trade grain — we don't mill it. The equipment below is everything we need to grade a lot fairly and prove it to the buyer.
Moisture meter
Digital capacitance-type moisture meter, calibrated weekly. Tested on every intake and pre-dispatch.
Certified weighbridge
Government-certified electronic platform weighbridge. Weight slips printed and handed over with every delivery.
Pre-cleaner
Mechanical pre-cleaner to remove chaff, stones and large foreign matter. We pass every wheat and rice lot through once before packing.
Grain length grader
Sieves and indented cylinders for grading basmati and long-grain rice by length and width.
In-house lab
Moisture, foreign matter, broken %, and grain length. Reports available on request for any consignment.
Food-grade packing
Only food-grade PP, jute, and non-woven bags. Lot number and packing date printed on every bag for traceability.
